Greetings: Thanks to all who gave me advice & directions for my car's broken rear spring. I have been in contact with Betts Spring in San Leandro, CA who have been in business since the 1880's when they were producing Buggie springs. They have al the specs for the C24. I'll be talking to them next week & will be purchasing the left & right springs.. The reason being, if I'd replaced the left spring only, the car would then sag on the right side. Never having done the job before, it has turned into a difficult, daunting and expensive task. If I'd chosen stamps rather than old cars as a hobby, it would have been much lighter work. But I'd be unable to drive a stamp on the freeway. :) That's All Folks Jim http://www.imperialclub.com/yr/1939/limo/martin/index.htm ----------------- http://www.imperialclub.com ----------------- This message was sent to you by the Imperial Mailing List.
