IML: TRi-City Plating

When I damaged the original bumper on my former '61 Imperial beyond 
repair, I bought a solid core from Bob Hoffmeister  and sent it to 
Tri-City.  The core was not all bent up but had lots of surface rust 
and very little chrome.  It came back very nicely done and was not 
outrageously expensive.  I also have a re-chromed bumper from them on 
my '58 Buick, and it is beautiful.  They do a wonderful job with 
bumpers, in my opinion.
