I contacted AAJ about a year ago, maybe a 15 mos... by email.  I was told 
that they did have a kit in progress for the 63 as I recall, and they were 
in the process of doing whatever engineering or  mechanical work they needed 
to see if it would work on the 62 and prior cars with the Centerplane 
brakes.  I dont remember if it required a change in wheels to accomodate the 
different bolt pattern of the disc hub, but even so, getting 4 fifteen inch 
wheels from a junkyard and having the tires remounted is not a huge 
difficulty.

I would advise contacting AAJ directly.
