It seems that the Imperial model release will be a '59
Convertible...it will be released later this year thru
the Model King, a gentleman who does re-release out of
production AMT/SMP kits...he's currently doing a '64
Mercury Comet. I do not know if the kit will include
the original Customizing parts, but I am told that the
Box art is done...I will let this forum know when it
becomes available along with ordering information.
This will be the first time an Imperial kit has been
released since the 1966 issue, as Jo-Han's '67 and'68
offerings were Promotionals only.
