He's asking about the width pattern of the three rings of whitewall... Are they narrow-wide-narrow (like Lincoln and Cadillac used), or wide-narrow-wide, like Imperial used? I don't believe anyone makes the correct Imperial tire, which is a size 9.15x15 with a wide-narrow-wide three-ribbon whitewall.
