I was biting my tongue on this one waiting to see if anyone responded. Yea, I like my muscle cars, and gravitate heavily toward them. I do not consider myself a luxury car guy. A C-body (already way too far gone to save) donated its 360 and 727 for two of my other projects. The 727 is in my show winning Barracuda, and the 360 is waiting to go in my wife's Challenger. I don't see a problem with plucking the motor and trans from a car that is otherwise used up. If the car is clean, I can't see ripping its heart out. That's how I got my LeBaron in the first place. Maybe I should reconsider its fate after driving a 440+6 Road Runner today (hardly cheap). I have a couple other cars that the 440 would fit, and I know some derby guys that would probably give me more than what I have tied up in it. Rob McCall Not necessarily stupid, cheap or lazy.
