IML: '58 LeCrown? For Real?

I've heard a couple of references to a "LeCrown" around here.  Does such a
model mix exist?  Here is a '58 for sale on Ebay with both logos, I think
anyway.  The pictures aren't that good, but it looks like it has crown
emblems on the headlight hoods and a LeBaron emblem on the fender.

Check it out at Ebay Item No. 4547819579 .  I've also tried to copy in the
URL below.

If I didn't have a mortgage, three kids, a lovely wife and another 1958 hulk
requiring my attention and time, I'd buy this car!
