IML: Seeking a clean 1956 HT - leads appreciated

Hi guys.

I have an aquaintance that is looking for a 1956
Imperial.  Must be solid #2 car or (preferrably)
approaching #1.  The guy isn't interested in wrenching
and wants a solid useable car - willing to do one or
two things up front, but car should be pretty much all
there. 

Please keep me in mind if you see a nice car for sale
or know someone that has one (sometimes just asking an
owner reveals an intent to sell in the near future?). 


Willing to pay a fair price.  Rust is a deal-breaker.
