I don't think that is it either, but flashers are cheap. He might discover something else that is wrong while he is replacing it.

Left turn signal works properly. Right turn signal: -Dashboard indicator bulb stays lit solid. -Tailight signal bulb stays lit solid. -Front right turn signal bulb does not light up. --Switched out bulb with new one. same problem.
does anyone know what I can try to diagnose this problem? Also, does the 1963 Le Baron come with a hazard flasher switch?
