IML: BODY WORK

Took off all the exterior trim from the 63 le baron this past weekend. found that the right taillight had been glued together sometime in the past because it came apart horizontally right in the middle. does anyone have a good way to fix these? also found some cancer spots in front of both of the rear tires behind the door..i plan to do body work and have it prepped to be painted...any other suggestions?
