Re: IML: 1968 A/C Evaporator Drainage Question

Gary Goers has these for the earlier Imperials. Not sure if they are still the same in 68.

Subject: IML: 1968 A/C Evaporator Drainage Question

My Crown has two copper pipes on the lower engine side of the firewall, straddling the transmission tunnel opening. I know they are for draining the A/C evaporator box of condensation.

I believe there were rubber drainage tubes attached to these pipes for directing the water downward. If so, mine were missing when I got the car.

I cannot locate a part number for these. Can anybody help?

As always, thanks in advance.

K.
