Those guys do it for certain.

I took apart an entire grouppo (set of aluminum
bicycle components) and they did them up in black.

There is also blue, red, yellow (what Imperials want),
and some other colors.  This is for Aluminum
(>)only(<).

If you use google you may find someone closer to your
abode.  If not, I bet that they'd take on your project
via fedex/telephone.
