Hello-

I have removed and replaced my 55 IMP dash several times without removing the windshield. It is a very tight fit, but can be done if careful. I have found that re-gluing the dash cover doesn't work for long, as the vinyl cover has shrunk from sunlight and won't stay in place long.. Good luck!
