We have the 413 in our 1959, and 440 in a truck and Scamp.  As I understand it, the block for the 440 and 413 are the same, as is the intake manifold...I think.  I think that we bought valve cover gaskets for a 440 Dodge truck (as I recall) for our 1959 Imperial with the 413.  It was my understanding that the difference between the 440 and 413 was bore and stroke.  As far as I know, I could even take the wedge heads off of my 413 and put them on my 440 if I wanted to. 
 
Like Kle said, I am sure someone who knows for sure will surely chime in here...but if my memory serves...it oughta work just fine.
 
Again, glad to hear that you are loving the car!  It is very cool looking.  I bet you will have less problems getting title for this car too...LOL (insider joke)
