dimmer
switch, believe it or not. Clint Carter This is true. As my dad always used to say with electrical problems
"follow the fire." The dimmer switch is just another part of the
circuit. Check every point in the circuit where you should have power, and
you will find the problem pretty quick. You can get an electrical tester
from Schuck's, Checkered, or any other parts store for under $10.
