I know that I am late jumping into this conversation....sorry, it has been
a crazy week. But, wouldn't that depend on whether or not you planned to
do this again? I have never known anyone who did just one
car, that is, unless they hated every moment of it (which rarely happens),
but it seems to become more of an addiction, especially for those of us out
there who suffer with obsessive compulsive tendencies. LOL You will notice that
many of those of us on the list have more than one, if not many cars. So,
if you can assume that based on averages alone that it is highly likely
that you will do this again (restore another car) then the cost of
your tools must be amortized over a number of projects...right? Kinda like
how the IRS makes you amortize your large purchases, ie: office furniture,
fixtures, etc. over five years? Just wondering. I would sure try the
argument though, but hey...I am scrapper like that! LOL
