Are you using the fiber reinforced cutting wheels on your Dremmel, or the
emery board style?  The fiber ones last much longer, and don't tend to
shatter like the emery board style.  I've split many rusted nuts off my old
Mopars (haven't needed to on the Imperial, yet) using the Dremmel.

There's your answer, get fiber reinforced cutting wheels. My Dremel was borrowed and my Dad uses it primarily for woodwork, so I guess I'll get some fiber cutting wheels to replace the ones I broke. It's funny with the emery wheels, they look like they are fine and then you realize that it's 1/4 of the size you started with. I'd never have been able to put that mini-starter on without it.
