There's your answer, get fiber reinforced cutting wheels.  My Dremel was 
borrowed and my Dad uses it primarily for woodwork, so I guess I'll get some 
fiber cutting wheels to replace the ones I broke.  It's funny with the emery 
wheels, they look like they are fine and then you realize that it's 1/4 of 
the size you started with.  I'd never have been able to put that 
mini-starter on without it.
