Guy, the problem this guy has is fairly common. The Dept of
Motor vehicles almost always get the year of the car right and they almost
always get the make of the car right--------but--------very often they drop the
ball by asking the seller what model it is . I have about 6 buddies of mine that
have their kit car cobra's registered as just plain cobra's just like the real
ones. I have another 3 that have fiberglass street rods that they built and they
are registered as 34 Fords not Replica. Replica cars have this mistake more
than not. Whatever you tell them the model is of the car they will put down as
the model, and most of the time it is the sellers call. The mistake is
on the title of this car and the seller that has it now is basing
everything on that mistake. It is that simple. Shame on us dream crashers.
