She can be restored but it will take alot. If I had the chance to win her I would love her enough to do this for her. After that she would be in a nice warm garage were she belongs and I would go out to her and say "Lets go to a car show or a cruise in" I still have tears in my eyes after what was done to her. When I 1st seen her I said "you poor girl. " I'm sure she is still crying her headlight out. I would say this to her "Miss Belvedere there is some one in Tennesee who wishes to have you . This young lady loves you very much and will take you in to have a complete off frame restoration on you . The reason is you deserve to be cruising down the highway not sitting in a museum. I know there were a lot of tears as she was uncovered. Also, the thought of having Boyd Codington and his team of butchers there made everyone I spoke to even more upset. The car is way beyond any thought of restoring, and I feel she deserves her place as a museum display and left to rest in peace. Several of the local Plymouth Owners I spoke to are sick about the way this whole situation was mishandled. They told me anyone that knows anything about Tulsa's high water table would have never buried the car this way. It's a very sad ordeal.
