    If you cannot find inner rocker  panels, they are only flat sheet metal 
and can be easily fabricated by the right  body man.  I do not recall ever 
seeing them advertised, so do not know if  such a thing exists as a separate body 
panel.  They may have been part of  the floor pan when it was stamped at the 
factory.
