Brian, listen up here is how you fill the brake master cylinder. Go to your nearby Auto parts store and ask for a battery syringe it looks like something you would give a baby an enema with. ( Tube with ball on the end-----giant nose drop thing) get the picture? Now put the syringe in the can of brake fluid and suck some of it up in to the tube and then take a flashlight and look under the booster at the master cylinder reservoir while you insert the brake fluid.
