When I recently parted my 58 Coronet, the colors were written on the firewall behind the inner fender, which I believe had never been removed. It was white / red / red from top to bottom, and the original colors were white top/trunk/fins, red hood/upper body, red lower body. It was written over the red paint of the firewall. Don't know if other models are the same. Has anyone found this on their cars? I see my car was originally a sort of dark red ( engine compartment darker than Christine ) on bottom and do not know what the top color was. the seats are dark red and black with a white headliner. she is a black car now.
