Jack, I converted my 59 Sport Fury by using 75 Dodge Monaco front discs. It requires upper and lower ball joint bushings to be made to use the 75 spindle. I can bring a copy of the directions to Carlisle. I also have one extra set of bushings that could be use as a pattern and have them made at the same machine shop. NAPA carries the discs and brake pads.
