If you cannot find the oring----You can get it and the rest of the kit from JOHN PLASKIN 813 713 5820 I forget how much it was but around $20 You might as well rebuild the whole thing The only trick in getting the correct kit is telling him if the shaft is 'slotted' on the end or not.
