Hi Bob,

Most Hotels have checkin available anytime that late morning or early
afternoon - however, they may not have the room available til 2 or 3pm.
At
any rate, even if the room is not yet available, try to meet up with us at
the Hotel anyway.  Also, your friends are most welcome to join the group
at
the Museum and for the whole weekend (believe that is the fellow who
emailed
me sometime ago & I sent him info).
