Several years ago I got new carpet and pad for my 56, but for the life of
me, 
don't remember where.  If you give me a couple days I will go back through
my 
receipts to see where I got it.  One thing you might try in the mean time
is 
a local auto upholstry shop.  The should be able to make one of nice black

loop pile.  Type of pad is optional.
