If you cannot find the oring----You can get it and the rest of the kit
from   JOHN PLASKIN  813 713 5820
I forget how much it was but around $20
You might as well rebuild the whole thing

The only trick in getting the correct kit is telling him if the shaft is
'slotted' on the end or not.
One shaft is 5/8" and the other is  ??"
