Subject: Lily Tomlin's 55 Dodge




When I first acquired my ‘56 Dodge I went to the movie theatre regularly. Back then the theatre would place a free magazine in the lobby containing articles about upcoming films. I still have an issue from 1984, because it contained an article about Lily Tomlin and her enthusiasm for her 1955 Dodge Royal Lancer. In 2019 there was another article (in different publications) about Lily and her same ’55 Dodge. I was surprised to read she still owned, still drove it , and lovingly talked about how she named it Dora.
Lily is 86 years old now, but I wonder if she still drives around LA in her '55 Lancer ~ hope so.
