Can't seem to find any specific fit parts anywhere....

Has anyone here found a suitable substitution? Would appreciate some tips.

Well, I made some rubber/cork gaskets for the main seal for the pivot housing to body and will add some generous silicon. For the protruding part of the pivot I am going to try a combination of early 60's Chrysler foam seals with a valve stem seal atop of that.... perhaps with some grease under the valve stem seal for good sealing measure and lubrication.

This seems like a pretty common thing, so I am a little surprised at the lack of parts and ideas. I'll try and remember to follow up on how it all worked out.
