Location: So. Cal | I am swapping out the rear axle, driveshaft & transmission from my pink '56 Belvedere. It has good working 3.54 gears in it. Would anyone like to buy the gears, brakes, drums, axles or other parts from it? I am planning to cut off the spring perches so the housing probably wouldn't be of interest to people. [UPDATE: I found the spring perches that I cut from my Savoy, so I can sell the whole rear end if someone would like to purchase it that way. I will keep the perches attached until I have to scrap it, if that ends up happening.]
I will sell this stuff cheaply. Shipping will be the only high cost on it. For the transmission, I will only sell that locally - dirt cheap. 2nd gear doesn't work, but the others do.

Location: So. Cal | Does anyone need anything from this? I will cut the perches, remove the junction block and scrap the rest soon. |

Location: So. Cal | I will also be parting out an 8 3/4 from a '56 DeSoto. This axle isn't compatible with the '57-up 8 3/4 though, as far as I know. Let me know if anyone needs anything from it as it will most likely get scrapped otherwise. |

Location: So. Cal | Here is a picture of it. I rotated the wheels & counted to see that the gear ratio is the optional 3.73:1. This is in between the standard 3.54 for Powerflite & 3.90 for manual transmission. Let me know within 2-3 weeks if you want anything, before it gets scrapped.
