I was told to come to this site and someone would surely help me decode my trim tag. Possibly there is not a person here who can help me. The forum on vin decoding wasn’t much help.
Al: You must have missed the reply in the VIN sub-section wherein frwl (Igor) broke your cowl data tag down as much as possible two days ago:

No need to tell us, we can do it.

BODY 816 – Dodge V8 (8), Coronet Series (1), Lancer 2 Door Hardtop (6)
PAINT 362 – Jewell Black Roof Color, Sapphire White Upper (Saddle) Color, Royal Blue Lower Color
TRIM 530 – Blue Cordagrain (Vinyl) and Blue Patterned Jacquard Weave Fabric;
It is an Optional Deluxe Trim (Standard Coronet Blue Trim would have code 527)
The B5 in the upper right corner is a Delivery Route; unfortunately no info how it delivered by…
:)
To add to the above, the "18 015" was production line info that was important to somebody in some office back in the day but means nothing to us 67 years later.
If you want more info, you need to contact Stellantis Historical with proof of ownership. They will provide you with a free microfiche image of your car's IBM card
and somebody, like me or Igor, will be able break it down like this one I did for George B in Florida:
