Nice score you have there! Welcome to the FL site!

That's an interesting hood ornament. Looks like it's from a later model Plymouth.

There are six assembly plants built Dodge for 1960:

5302 = Hamtramck, Detroit, Michigan
5303 = Jefferson, Detroit, Michigan (Matador and Polara only)
5305 = Los Angeles, California
5306 = Newark, Delaware
5307 = Saint Louis, Fenton, Missouri
5309 = Windsor, Ontario, Canada

Where your Dodge was built? What the fourth character of VIN does your car have?

Andy: Thanks for sharing the images!

It’s a definitely Hamtramck-built car (5302).

Some info from your data plate in the lower row:

SO 1112 = Scheduled on November 12, 1959
NUMBER 0225 = probably 25th or 225th car built that day
BDY 534 = Dodge V8 (5), Dart Phoenix (3), Four Door Hardtop (4)

The 13,361 Dart Phoenix 4dr Hardtops V8 and 1,091 cars with L6 engine were built for 1960 model year

TRM 160 = Blue Vinyl and Blue Dante Cloth Upholstery
PNT DD1 = Mediterranean Paint (DD), Monotone Paint Scheme (1)

Very interesting code P2 in the middle optional codes row;
P2 = order code 602 = Sold Car – customer waiting or dealer has placed order for customer with cash in hand;

This info should be confirmed by built sheet! Do you have a built sheet?

Definitely a 318. Saw tooth valve cover and rear distributor are dead give aways.

You might consider replacing that fuel filter.. those are notorious for leaks and fires...
