1n 1986, I had a '60 Seneca 4-door that I paid $70 for. It was hammered inside and out, but ran pretty good. I wound up trading it for a running VW engine that I needed to get my bus running, but I never forgot that car.

Fast forward to three years ago...I had been passively looking for an FL car, but I was pretty picky as to what I wanted. It needed to have a Slant-Six and a manual transmission, and if not a base -model, it needed to be a low-optioned, no-frills car. It needed to be either a first-gen Dart, or the Plymouth counterpart. It needed to be a 2-door or a wagon.

A few came up, but they were either over-priced, clapped-out, way too over-done for both my budget and tastes, too far away, or some combination of the aforementioned.

Fast forward to last week, I was again passively perusing the internet, and I found a '61 Pioneer 2-door post that was perfect. not too beat-up, not too nice, not too overly-expensive, and not too far away. Slant-Six, manual trans, and although a mid-trim model, this car is devoid of frills...No PS, no PB, no radio. It does have carpet and back-up lights, and since it's an early one, it isn't cursed with the secondary tail lights.

Ladies and gentlemen...I introduce you to Pauline. Pauline Green. Kinda ugly and kinda mean.

Congratulations! That is one great looking Dodge. The forum doesn't tolerate .jpwg files. I took a screen shot and am attaching it here.
