The comparison between the 56 Dodge and the 56 Olds 88 only took 4 pages. The 56 Mercury must have been more of a threat because Ross Roy devoted 8 pages to the comparison. Go figure.

The Ross Roy info was flawed. The "Jet like" taillights shown in the photos are not even the Custom Royal taillights (just the Coronet/Royal taillights). They peg the hp of the 315 2 bbl poly "Super Red Ram" (the 270 2 bbl poly Coronet base V8 was the "Red Ram") at 210 hp when it was actually 218 hp. (???) Go figure.
