Hi All,
Late last year I sold my 59, but the new owner didn't want the 68 383 out of a Road Runner and the 63 TorqueFlite that I was going to mate with the 383. The transmission came out of Dodge 880 wagon, I also have the driveshaft.
I sold the 383 to a Road Runner owner, but the transmission is sitting in my shop and I would like to sell it. I'm posting it in the RMR because I would prefer that the buyer pick it at my place in Falcon.
Contact me at rockpick43@yaho.com. I hope a reasonable offer is made.

Tony

I might be interested in your transmission. I live in Laramie but get to Colorado frequently. I need to look up where Falcon is. Is this a similar push button torqueflite as on my 57-59 Mopars?

It would be a 727 aluminum type w/integral park brake.
Are you looking for a 3 speed torque flite cast iron unit?

Falcon is 15 miles east of I25 in northern Colorado Springs. Yes, it is a cable shift 727 with 2 cables. The 880 had a 361 big block, so if you are modifying a car to a big block, this 727 will fit. I still have the torque convertor.

Tony,

Did you sell the 727 trans ?

Since the trans came from a Dodge 880 wagon, I would be interested in buying just the cables as they would fit my wagon. [which is missing both cables]
Sent you a PM.

Chas

Will only sell the transmission complete.

While I fully understand the desire to sell the transmission complete, as an FYI - the cables used on station wagons are pretty specific and do not interchange with many other models.

Let me know if something changes as I would still be interested in both the shifter and brake cables from the transmission.
Thanks
