Location: Kalispell, MT USA | I managed to find a unicorn. I have a heater control with a damaged main body but perfect back piece with the vacuum nipples in tact. I can use it as-is to fix mine in my 1964 Dodge 880, but I had a better idea. I know these are hard to find and expensive if you do. I found a plastics manufacturer in Portland who can scan and reproduce this for me. I am waiting on a quote right now. If anyone is interested in having one, I could spread the cost out a little. Let me know what you you think think.

Location: Kalispell, MT USA | I can have 25 produced to sell for $35.00 USD each plus shipping. Grey high temp material should be more durable than the OE plastic. Any more batches would cost less, since the initial scan is part of the startup cost. This part should allow your original heater control to be repaired. If the main body of yours is damaged, I think one of the reproduction A/C control assembly housings could be modified to work. That's what I'm going to do. There are several posts here about repairing the slide wafers, etc. So if anyone is interested in purchasing one, just let me know. normpalin@gmail.com

Location: Kalispell, MT USA | I had a local hobbyist scan and print some samples. They all need finishing in the vacuum valve area, but show promise. If I can find a satisfactory version that can be completed by users I will provide the print software free to whomever wants to try it. I'll keep you posted as this project progresses.
