Regular Posts: 96 Location: Meridian, MS | I am working on cleaning out my shop and making some room to work and in the process, I will be listing parts that I have collected over the years and try to sell them in batches. So here is my first batch of parts : Chrylser 383 R/B Engine : $300 obo - I have never attempted to crank this engine. It came out of a '60 Chrysler I had a while back - I do know that it is not locked up as I was able to turn it with a breaker bar. Pushbutton Shifter Mechanism w/ buttons : $75.00 - Mechanism operates freely and is in good shape. '60 Dodge Pushbutton Shifter Faceplace : $25.00 - '60 Dodge Hubcaps - $75.00 - '60 Dodge Torqueflite Inspection Cover : $25.00 - '60 Dodge w/ 318A and A466 Torqueflite Torqueflite Kickdown Linkage - $25.00 - '60 Dodge w/ 318A and A466 Torqueflite Generator - $50.00 - I don't know a lot about this part, it came w/ parts for a 291 DeSoto Hemi. '61 Plymouth Fury Trim Gills - $40 - These are for a 4 Door Sedan All prices listed DO NOT include shipping. I have many more parts mainly for a '61 Plymouth Fury - Let me know what you need! Thanks Chris (21.jpg) (18.jpg) (17.jpg) (16.jpg) (19.jpg) (9.jpg) (10.jpg) (11.jpg) (12.jpg) (7.jpg) (6.jpg) (5.jpg) (4.jpg) (15.jpg) (13.jpg) (1.jpg) (2.jpg) (3.jpg) Attachments ---------------- 21.jpg (47KB - 74 downloads) 18.jpg (48KB - 71 downloads) 17.jpg (49KB - 76 downloads) 16.jpg (186KB - 66 downloads) 19.jpg (49KB - 75 downloads) 9.jpg (125KB - 69 downloads) 10.jpg (190KB - 70 downloads) 11.jpg (164KB - 72 downloads) 12.jpg (123KB - 67 downloads) 7.jpg (136KB - 68 downloads) 6.jpg (158KB - 74 downloads) 5.jpg (190KB - 74 downloads) 4.jpg (200KB - 75 downloads) 15.jpg (197KB - 68 downloads) 13.jpg (194KB - 72 downloads) 1.jpg (191KB - 66 downloads) 2.jpg (158KB - 71 downloads) 3.jpg (196KB - 76 downloads)

Regular Posts: 96 Location: Meridian, MS | Someone make an offer on something! At this point I’m mostly interested in cleaning out the shop and making room to work. I don’t want these parts to go to waste, I will consider any offer except free!

Regular Posts: 96 Location: Meridian, MS | Nobody needs any of these parts?!?! Please anyone! I will accept almost any offer for these parts and I am easy to work with. I need to clean out my shop, and I truly want to get these parts to someone who needs them and can use them. They are just sitting here collecting dust and I am at the point now where if no one buys them soon, they may go to the scrapyard. Does no one want/need a 383 R/B? Are R/B engines not desirable?

Expert 5K+ Posts: 9649 Location: So. Cal | I would love to have a 383RB. I prefer that to the standard 383B motor, but as you can imagine, shipping is a killer.

Regular Posts: 96 Location: Meridian, MS | I have sold everything listed here except for the bellhousing dust cover, the dash board plate for the shifter mechanism, and the generator. I also still have the engine though I have sold the valve covers, the power steering pump, and the pulleys off of it. I also sold a speedometer cable and a pair of stainless trunk corner trim pieces for a '61 Fury. I have another batch of parts that I will take pictures of and post this weekend. I know someone needs the dust cover, the dash board plate, a generator, and this engine or at least some of the parts from the engine. I will price these parts to sell, I want them to get to someone who needs them. Otherwise, they will either sit in my shop forever or I will take them to the scrapyard, these parts are not doing me any good any more. Let me know what you need to finish your project!

Extreme Veteran Posts: 371 | I'd like to have the engine if nothing else just to save it. But yeah shipping would be a killer.

The B has advantages over the RB and the RB has an advantage over the B The RB 383 combines the "disadvantages" of both families, but all Mopar Big Blocks are great engines and I hope it gets sold, not scrapped.

Regular Posts: 96 Location: Meridian, MS | I believe I have the engine sold… though I did sell a few parts off of it (distributor, valve covers, pulleys…) Hopefully someone will be able to help this guy out with those items if he buys the engine.
