Previously, while I was in Sunny California in Feb. 2019 (oh so long ago), I missed a thread in which this was suggested:

I've been looking for a seal-up kit for a '55-'56 mopar Vickers generator driven power steering pump. GM used the same pump on some '56 chevys. Danchuk has seal-up kits for this pump. #012.

Location: Beaumont TX		i don't know about Vickers pumps but I do know that I have added Trans X to a power steering pump that had a seal leak and it stopped the leak in about an hour.
Is that the power steering pump attached to the back of the generator???
