I have a problem to find the right idler arm bushing for my car, a Chrysler 300 -64. The part number of my idler arm is 1857760, do anyone know if it is the original part for my car? I get a bushing from Rare parts that suppose to fit my car but the bushing is to loose in the hole and it is 0,026" smaller outside diameter on the new one from Rare parts than my original that i pressed out from the arm. The new bushing is 1,137" and my old one is 1,163". Do anyone know where to find the right bushing or know something about the idler arm itself with part number 1857760? Greatful for help here, everything else i have bought for the steering and front suspension have fit perfectly.

The idler arm 1857760 for Chrysler 300 -64 must be a really unusuall part, i have not be able to find a single word about the arm on internet, -63 and -64 must be amazing unusuall Chrysler years, its much eaisier to find parts from -57 to -62 and from -65 and up. Anyway the bushing for -62 is slightly bigger diameter so i will try with that, my only choise is to make it work because there is no info whatsoever about -64 parts for Chrysler.

The part number for the '64 idler arm is 1731414. The MOOG number for the bushing is K-7017. Your bushing is probably correct for a '64 but the arm isn't.

The part number for the '64 idler arm is 1731414. The MOOG number for the bushing is K-7017. Your bushing is probably correct for a '64 but the arm isn't.

Thanks for answer! It can be so, i wonder where this arm comes from because it looks like it has been sitting there for decades. I get the part number up on a page with Mopar parts, Arizona parts but it not stand any year or anything just idler arm 1857760 SOP. Very strange and the arm fits perfect to.

What i can see the 1731414 is the pitman arm from -57 to -61
