Location: Valley Forge, Pa.		I have a nice rebuilt 2 bolt and but found that my starter is a 3 bolt so I would like to see if everything but the nose is the same.
IF they are, I am looking for just the nose piece to switch over. Cost a mint to ship the whole starter.

You might be surprised. I had a starter shipped from Florida to Point Roberts, WA with USPS in a medium sized flat rate box for $14.95. Shipped on a Thursday, arrived on the Monday. (4 days).

The eBay auction above says that the nose is for an MDU-6003. Another eBay auction for a complete MDU-6003 shows the three holes in the mounting flange. It also suggests that the PN for the starter is 1889 260.

The 59 Mopar Parts catalogue shows the 1889 260 as the MDU-6003 starter and the nose piece ("Housing, pinion") as a 1889 262 so the eBay advert that Nathan posted is probably a three hole flange housing.
