Hello guys, Newbie here. I have had mopars since the eighties but am about to embark on my first forward look project. I am looking at a 57 dodge spectator wagon and a 58 Plymouth suburban. Both need lots of work but I can do a lot of it. I am just curious about the worst areas for rust.
I have some early b body cars and we all know they rust in the cowl. So, I am here to ask where I should start looking and what to be looking for.
So these two beautiful wagons have been sitting in a barn for a long time and will need everything. I am going to tear into both of them next week and see which one is worse. I prefer the Plymouth but the dodge is more complete. Both have rusty floors for sure.
Thanks in advance for any help. I really appreciate it.

Headlight brows, lower frt fenders, rockers, floor pans, trunk pans, lower rr quarters and dog legs, trunk/tailgate, should cover the major areas.

Good luck!

This is on a 1956, so different, but might give you a idea what you are in for. A lot of money and even more time, big job.

I have about 25 '57-9 Mopar wagons for parts here on the west coast.
