Location: Pacific Northwest | Got a question for our brothers and sisters to the north.
Were the colors all the same AND coded the same for the cars coming out of Windsor?
Specifically, 1962 Valiant coded MM and painted RED? (allegedly original) US code for MM is Grey.
Perhaps you've seen it?

Location: Hay Lakes, Alberta, Canada | I'm not sure about '62, but Canadian built cars in 57 and 58 all came out of the Windsor assembly plant, and all were offered in the same colours. Our codes were different from the U.S. codes. Yes, some of the colours offered were the same shades as some of the U.S. ones, but were called by a different name. |

Location: Pacific Northwest | Different name is okay. I know that the Valiant was marketed through both Dodge and Plymouth dealers and was known and sold as a Chrysler Valiant in Canada.
Being able to choose a color from the Chrysler pallet is understandable. So what you are saying is that the U.S. code for GREY (MM) was different when it came out of Windsor? Right?
Where would I find these codes? What was the Fender tag/ PNT code for RED in Canada?
