Veteran Posts: 119 Location: Piedmont, Oklahoma | Up for grabs is my Saratoga. Ran 5 years ago and parked it when my kid was born. Before that, I drove this car everywhere for a little over a year. It’s been to Tulsa and back a few times. Even Dallas three times. It started running kinda crappy and the spark was super weak and yellow. Pulled it out of my shop to make room for another car. Can’t get it to fire up. Cranks but really slow. Think the starter needs rebuilt again. Haven’t had time to even check points. But may get it running before to long. Located just north of OKC. I had this same problem when I was trying to post photos in the discussion for the MoPar 307 radio.

Expert 5K+ Posts: 9605 Location: So. Cal | If you have a windows machine, it is really easy. Just make sure that you set the folder view options so that the extensions of all files are shown, and then rename the file with the extension you want. On a mac, you would need to use some software that does it explicitly, but it isn't typical for a mac so I'm not sure if such software exists. I like the single headlights on it. Gives it a nice look. Also, I didn't realize that Chrysler had it's own trunk mat with "CHRYSLER" emblazoned on it; similar to the DeSoto mat. Pretty cool. I don't think I have ever seen one before. Can you take a closer picture of the lettering on the trunk mat for me? Extreme Veteran Posts: 403 Location: California | Thanks “PowerFlite” for the tip,I appreciate you trying to help me out. I’m not an expert on high-tech/computer era stuff. I was going to share some of my 50’s car magazines that had articles on the 56-61 Forward Looks, but after struggling with trying to add photos of my radio in the MoPar 307 thread I kind of gave up. I think the 57 Chryslers are stunning cars, especially in 2dr hardtop and 4dr hardtop form, but the DeSoto would be my favorite if the two. I love the three tail lights and the bumper with oval shaped exhaust ports. The 57-58 Plymouth’s and Dodges are also first rate too. Edited by Suddenlyits1960! 2020-04-15 9:38 PM
