Sorry if this has been mentioned before. I am looking for replacements for my tail light/brake lights backup and parking lights.

Anyone use any in particular that have worked well?

I bought some from Amazon for my camper to replace the 1147(?) bulbs and they are very white in color and not as bright as I'd have hoped.

Any suggestions?

The only LED tail light that will satisfy you are these plasma LED's

I had them for 2 years now and the work flawlessly

I am running United Pacific LED bulbs in the back of my 56 Dodge. 1157 equivalent. Very bright. You might have to go to an electronic signal flasher because the resistance is very low.

I did a lot of research into LED bulbs when I converted my Volvo 245 to LED. The key to brightness is to look for a SMED or SMD bulb with many emitters. Buy in bulk from China for cheap. A super fast search found these.

Always use white bulbs. The red color LED bulbs are dimmer.

The red one's that I bought from United Pacific are very bright, almost painfully bright.
