Looks to be a 2 door sedan turned into a hardtop, not a 4 door. So just the roof was cut off and swapped (and door window frames). I've never done anything like that, but it seems like it'd be pretty straightforward as long as you had the hardtop glass to mock up with. Still asking way too much IMO.
