Every time I log on to this site the computer says this site is not safe. Anyone else having this issue.

The date is a red flag... not sure if that is the issue here or not, but website security certificates have specific time frame associated with them. If, for example, your PC's date is wrong, that could cause issues. Maybe whatever is setting the "posted" date is throwing the browser's security process for a loop.

Basically, it is now recommended that every web site have a security certificate in place and some of your computer security settings may recognize that and give you the security warning.
If there is a security certificate, you will see a small padlock or similar up in the address bar and it will show https://www.forwardlook.net instead of plain http://www.forwardlook.net
This site doesn't have a security certificate installed. With the amount of fraud going on it would be wise if this site gets a security certificate installed.
I have had the security certificates on my company web site and also the WPC Club web site for many years now.
Google is now on the rampage about it and is also sending warning messages on sites that are not https://www when you use a google search with a Chrome browser.

Without a security certificate on this web site, your password could possibly be seen compromised by a hacker when you log in. .
