Hey guys, I'd like to know how to go about adjusting the brakes on my 58 Belvedere. I need to back them off as they are halfway locked up. Where is the adjustment fastener located, do I need to take off the brake shoe? And when adjusting, is it the old rule of left=loose, right=tight?

Thanks guys.

Make sure first the master brake cylinder isn't keeping them actuated.
You can crack open the bleeder for a second as a test to see if there's any pressure on the system.
