I'm moving to Medford in January, and want to know if there are members of this forum in the area.

I'm about 5 hours south of Medford, stop in if you're passing through!

I love that area. Why are you moving there ? It is a LONG haul to any
metropolitan area, but it sure is beautiful there and just about anywhere
you point the car for quite a ways.

The air in Colorado is too dry for my health. I get frequent very severe bloody noses, including one visit to an emergency room. The coast won't work because Dianne needs more sunlight than it gets. Medford looked like a good compromise.

A good friend of mine is from Medford. He left (to Eugene) to chase a job.
I told him he'd hate it, for all the rain. 5 years on, he hated it so much he
came up here to Spokane. Similar high desert feel to Medford.

I'm 30 minutes North in Grants Pass, OR. I'm a transplant from Portland due to work surprisingly I'm working on getting my '56 Dodge up and running for this summer, she hasn't seen the road in at least 20 years. Grants Pass has a "back to the 50's" week that's a local big deal, car show/cruse and other events that I recommend you check out. Maybe see ya there friend. Forgot to mention it's in mid July. Kelly
