Love em.
Need daily driver.
Have no trailer so seek a drive home junker to restore to DD condition.

Had '64 Dart wagon in '72. Chicken shack colasped so I had roofin sheet metal to keep inspected (pop rivited fl boards on, other exterior pannels ). Got a '66 but B4 able to get it home (frm Burlington, VT) motor blew. Swapped the motor in and it took me round the 33 perimiter states of this ol USA.
Got back later and was hired 'Livery' with Aspens'n Volaries - the K car. These were the 1st 225ci motors I drove. Both my Darts were 170s.

Any 1 able to locate these models? Willing to look at Falcon wagons as well. Have drive lines for them but still need something I can drive back to Amherst, MA from 7 hr/475 mi away (Buffalo/Erie or Philly/Portland). That's a big semi circle-of-a-days drive but about all this ol timer (66 y/o) can do these days.

Thank you for leads, chat or any other connections. This post remains till I geta wagon, got 1 if its gone. 8^ )

There is an '80? Chrysler LeBaron wagon (the deluxe version of the Aspen/Volare wagon) somewhere on Facebook Marketplace in NY or New England, it looked nice and price was reasonable, saw it just yesterday, you can search it out.

You can have one again. Here is a nice example if you like the slant 6 motor. I think he's asking too much money, but I would offer him $8K and go from there.

quite a few yrs back i was working with a guy on the wood cooling towers in wheeling pitt , we started talkin cars and he brought up a wagon he just bought for 1200$ with
22,000 miles . as the story went he bought it from an old lady after her husband died . later i got a chance to see the car and it was absolutely beautiful like new condition
with even the clear seat covers still perfect . as i started thinking about the car i told him he should feel bad for taking advantage of an old lady and should go back and give
the old lady some more money . i knew i hit a nerve with him as his look turned cowardly and said maybe . he wasn't a car guy but just lookin for a good deal , but at what point
is a good deal just good dealing and not cheating someone ---------------------------------------------------later
