Location: Pacific Northwest		Seller pays roughly 8%+ additional if they would like it to be "featured". Mecum is 7% +$750 for a premium listing. So I have read....

Look at the detail! Terrible. The details really show a quality restoration. This car is assembled so sloppy, it makes you wonder what other shortcuts have been made. The door jamb windlace in incorrect position, partially squashed under the sill plate, wrinkles in the door panels, etc, etc, also the crossover pipe blocked and of course the "resale red" that does not match the tan interior....

Location: Victoria, BC, on Vancouver Island, Canada		Regal Red wasn't a standard color for the 300-F. Toreador Red, Formal Black, Alaskan White, and Terra-Cotta were the standard colors offered for the F. You could custom order special paint and interior colors however.

alot of little things that could be fixed...

You missed some more obviousissues, paint mismatch on door hardware Those plugs and screws and door hinges were painted with the door :)  I think this car could be cleaned up very easily though.

You missed the "etc" Yes, of course, that all could be fixed, but these small things always always let me conclude about other things not visible...

My car is even rougher right now in some places and you are not listing yours as "restored" at a 30+k? reserve.
